Information collected by Raceroom
When you use Racerooms’s web sites or play games on those sites or the platform Raceroom Raceroom may obtain information about you in a variety of ways. Such information about you can be provided to Raceroom if you browse the Site even if you do not actively provide Raceroom with any data and when playing games developed by Racerooom that contains dynamic in-game advertising technology. If you participate in online ranked games, Raceroom will also collect information about you for use in various rankings. You are aware of the fact and agree that Raceroom will use your profile information, in particular your complete first and last name in various rankings.

Racerooms’s use of your information
Any information about you provided to Raceroom may be used by Raceroom or it’s partners to deliver appropriate and location based marketing messages to you, enhance the realism of Raceroom’s games and to improve Raceroom’s websites. Raceroom may also use your e-mail and other contact information provided by you in order to send you messages, including
marketing messages related to Raceroom’s products and those of it’s partners. Raceroom does not sell any information so obtained about you.

Cookies and Other Information
Cookies are bits of electronic information that can be transferred to a user's hard drive to customize a person's usage of a product or online site, keep records of a user's access to an online site or product, or store information needed by the user on a regular basis. Use of cookies is typically associated with websites. Raceroom AG does use cookies on their websites. For example, when you sign into Raceroom, Raceroom AG stores your user id and a combination of your ip address and time of login as a cookie on your hard drive. This cookie allows you to move from page to page without having to sign in again on each page. Similarly, if you enter information during your session, such as age verification data, this will be stored as a cookie and you will not have to re-enter such information during that session.

Raceroom AG also stores information on a user's hard drive that is used in conjunction with online play of Raceroom products. This includes a unique authorization key downloaded automatically during product registration. This authorization key is used to identify a user as valid and allow access to Raceroom´s products. Information regarding Raceroom AG billing, your account, your Internet connection and the Raceroom AG software installed on your computer are uploaded to the server in connection with your use of Raceroom and Raceroom AG software. Raceroom software automatically generates and submits to Raceroom AG bug reports upon a crash or other fault in the Raceroom software. This automatically generated bug report information may include information about other software or hardware on a user's system. Raceroom does not associate and store the automatically generated bug report information with personally identifiable information. Users should also be aware that game play information disclosed during multiplayer game play (e.g. player name and current player statistics) is public information and may be displayed to other users.
 
Security
Raceroom has various security measures in place to prevent the loss, misuse and alteration of information obtained about you. These measures include firewall protection, password encryption, and restricted server access. However, none of these measures is foolproof or guaranteed and may not prevent the loss, misuse or alteration of information. Therefore,
