Live streaming broadcast from Essen

Lidköping, Sweden, November 29th 2010
As a part of the constant development of RaceRom Online, we are now in the process of testing streaming broadcast from live simracing events.
The stream is provided by the good people at MultiBC and we hope you will both enjoy it and help us test the quality and speed of the stream by watching a lot of it and by spreading the link so we can have a fair old stress test.

The future of RaceRoom Online involves streaming of high profile virtual races live from across the globe, from virtual racing related events and from real racing where RaceRoom or partners have an involvement. Click this link or the image below to jump to the live stream test, it requires Microsoft Silverlight to be installed on your computer, this should happen directly on screen with a few mouseclicks and then you are set to go.

About the current test live stream

At the Essen Motorshow onsite competitions are held each day and winners from the races during the day are filtered through to a daily finale at 16.30 CET every show day. The amount of contenders can vary from twenty to close to one hundred people attending the end finales for the day and they are processed through quarter finals and an end finale.

The lengths of these events can vary between 1-1,5 hours depending on the amount of contenders and we will try to live stream it to you right here so stay tuned for a live stream directly from the Essen Motorshow, each day around 16.30 CET, including live commentary and a cool mix of on-track action and in-booth action.

Enjoy the show and let us know what you think about it though the RRO forums , or share with others through the social networks listed below
